I’m Bea — founder of New Mum Wellness, Health Coach and mum of two.

After months of broken sleep, constant noise, and carrying everything, I stopped feeling like myself. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on empty — and no amount of coffee or multitasking was fixing it.

What I didn’t understand then was that much of this exhaustion wasn’t a personal failure. Life simply hadn’t been set up to support rest and recovery. With clearer boundaries and practical support in place, those early weeks could have felt very different.

That realisation changed everything. I began creating simple systems that helped me meet my own needs—making it easier to eat well, rest, recover and get the support I needed during those early weeks.

Now I create practical resources and simple everyday systems to help new mums meet their own needs while taking care of their baby.
